Musics to a rainy day

This woman has the most melancholic musics I’ve ever listened to. But they’re such a good company when you wake up on those blue (P.M.Sy. anyone?) days, when everything seems to be wrong and it’s raining outside and all you want is stay under the blankets eating chocolate, so no one can find you. But be sure to hydrate yourself, tears can come out in a huge quantity.

Apart from the whinning stuff, she’s a great grave voice, but still very feminine.

It’s a shame that I just found out her now.

Stand Still Look Pretty

Continuing in sweet voices, I’ve always loved all the Michelle Branch songs - as I said once to a friend of mine, she’s my love guru, better explain that later - and this work isn’t different. The dhuo she makes with Jessica Harp is great, they have excellent voices and the songs, as The Wreckers is a country project, are great. Most of the songs are very similar to what Michelle did before in her past albums, but, as a fan of her, I think they’re pretty good, very easy listening, and very good to sing along when you’re driving home after a full day of work. emoticon

Corinne Bailey Rae

I discovered this girl while fighting against my alarm clock in a random morning. It was playing Put Your Records On. Sooner I feel in love with her voice, it’s the kind of music that i love to listen while I’m in love, or thinking about him in some moments of the day. She has a really sweet voice, and her musics are cute and soft, just like a kiss that we give in a cold sunny day. BTW, the lyrics are good, not all the same old words, and those sticky melodies that you hear again and again in the same music. I really loved her very first album!
